Partner Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we collect in the partners portal, why we collect it and how we use it to run a transparent affiliate programme.
1. Partner account data
We collect the details needed to create and manage your partner account, such as your name, email address, company, country, password, account status and programme activity.
2. Payment data
We ask for payment details such as account holder name, bank name, IBAN, BIC or SWIFT, country, tax ID, billing address and Stripe Connect account reference when needed. These details are used only to check and process partner payouts.
3. Referral and attribution data
When a visitor clicks a referral link, we record the referral code, selected marketing page, click time, consent state and a signed attribution reference. If the visitor accepts marketing cookies, attribution can be kept for 30 days. Without that consent, we only carry attribution during the same journey.
4. Billing events
When an attributed customer pays, refunds or cancels, ProleadSync sends the partners service the minimum billing information needed to calculate commissions and avoid overpayment.
5. Security and fraud checks
We use technical signals such as timestamps, browser type, referral activity and suspicious patterns to protect partners, visitors and ProleadSync from fake clicks, self-referrals and abusive traffic.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile and payment details in the partners dashboard. You can also ask us to review, correct or delete data where the law allows. Some records may need to be kept for payment, tax, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
