Partner Programme Terms

1. Who can join

You can apply even if you are not a ProleadSync customer. The paid payout programme in this version is limited to affiliates in Portugal and Brazil. We may approve, reject, pause or close a partner account when needed to protect customers, partners, the brand or the programme.

2. Referral links

You may create more than one referral URL for approved ProleadSync marketing pages. Each URL is for a specific destination page so you can use the right link in each campaign, article, email or social post.

3. Attribution

Attribution is first-click. If a visitor first reaches ProleadSync through your link, that attribution is kept for 30 days when the visitor accepts marketing cookies. If another affiliate link is visited later during that window, the original affiliate keeps the attribution.

If the visitor does not accept marketing cookies, we only carry attribution during the same journey where the visitor clicked the referral link.

4. Commission

The phase 1 commission is 50% of the purchase value on the first three paid payments from an attributed customer. Self-referrals are not allowed. Refunds before approval cancel that commission. Refunds after approval may create a clawback on a future payout or on a future transfer-ready balance.

5. Payouts

There is no minimum payout amount. Eligible commissions first become payout candidates after the validation hold. No payout can move to Stripe Connect until the supporting fiscal document for that payout is approved.

Stripe Connect onboarding and verification are mandatory before payment. You must keep your legal name, tax details, billing address and payout account details accurate inside the partners dashboard. If any detail is missing, inconsistent or cannot be verified, the payout may be delayed, rejected or clawed back.

In this version, ProleadSync does not offer partner autofaturacao/self-billing. The partner remains responsible for uploading the supporting invoice or equivalent fiscal document required for their approved jurisdiction and payout.

ProleadSync may store uploaded payout documents and extracted metadata for compliance, audit, fraud prevention and payout recovery purposes.

6. Fair use and anti-fraud

Do not use spam, fake traffic, fake accounts, misleading claims, forced clicks, brand impersonation, paid ads that pretend to be ProleadSync, self-purchases, hidden redirects or any method that hides how a visitor reached ProleadSync.

7. Programme changes

We may update programme rules, payout timing, eligible pages, commission rules, supported countries, fraud controls or document requirements. When a material change affects partners, we will communicate it by email or inside the partners dashboard. Material legal or payout changes may require you to accept a newer terms version before the payout flow can continue.
